Here’s a parts list and some photos of how I have everything set up.

I have the 480 watt light in my tent but if I had my preference, and more cash, I’d go bigger and dim it slightly for better coverage to the corners.

TENT

AC Infinity 4x4 tent

The G448 from Vivosun is similar but it’s currently out of stock. I’ll update if it comes available. It’s a few bucks cheaper and is the last tent I purchased.

Here’s a budget option from Vivosun. Thinner poles and materials. YGWYPF!

Either way you want side access! Trust me on this one. Accessing the back plants in a scrog is hard enough. Side access is a QOL improvement well worth the small upcharge.

EXTRACTION

AC Infinity is the standard.

You want something with hooks. Especially if you’re going to be building by yourself!

IRRIGATION

If you use code YK1JXZNZAG6B when you purchase items from Floraflex, you will save 10! I’ll also get a few bucks tbf. Hope that doesn’t bother you.

It took my a couple years to figure out what system I was going to go with but landed on this version of the Floraflex system. Originally, I used the 3 gallon pots and the matrix ring. I’ve since moved on to something a lot more convenient with Quick Fill bags. Here’s a list of the parts I ordered when I set up my new tent irrigation starting with the resvoir/pump and ending with drainage.

To start off the auto-watering system, we have a water pump attached to a timer. The pump stays in my trashcan (with a hinged lid!) reservoir where a small circulation pumps keeps the solution mixed up and uniform. With some light PVC work, and an adapter that fits the pump, we have a way to bring water into the tent. I’ve gone through and done some finishing touches. They have an added benefit of protecting from light leaks.

Once the piping is into the tent, it attaches to the adjustable manifold. For fine control of your fertigation speed/amount, it’s easier to adjust the manifold than it is your timer or pump. For example, when my plants go into the stretch, they’ll start taking up more nutrient solution. Because I’ve dialed in my timer with the manifold’s flow at say 50%, I can open the valve and increase the amount of solution on every watering instead of changing each interval at the timer. Took me a few grows to figure this one out. Yours free.

I like the look of the green tubing so I got it. But it just has to be 3/26 ID to work with the manifold and clips. Important part is to make sure all the lines are the same length. This helps keep watering even between the plants.

Here’s currently how my drainage is set up. This is set up for my drain to waste stands. I’ll have another version up soon with a condensate pump instead of the stand. Wood costs more than the pump now!

FANS

Oscillating is best. I’d recommend 2 for a 4x4 tent. These are pretty slick in that they have 10 speeds that you can dial up as the cycle progresses.
